We will be modifying some Postgres configurations, which require Postgres to be restarted. During this time, GitLab will be unavailable, new sessions will be unable to be launched, and existing sessions will not be able to push commits to GitLab. The Renkulab web pages will be unavailable and will display a maintenance notice.
